Disabling wifi and bluetooth via BIOS, then re-enable on a different start. Tightening the wifi adapter cable to the IO slot on the back. Seems to be on securely. Power cycle - disconnect everything, turn off PSU, hold power button for 30 seconds, let it sit for 1 hour before plugging things back in and turning it back on. I've ran windows update and I updated the firmware of the controller but when it connects to bluetooth it randomly disconnect every 20 seconds or so. I've noticed it connects to Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) I've the drivers updated from the motherboard page and I can't solve this. If I deactivate the LE Bluetooth from device manager it simply wont At that point I contacted MSI about an RMA. Three weeks later I had a "new" motherboard. Now, here I am trying to put this thing back together again and I am running into the exact same issues. Will not install network drivers. No other network drivers work. Try to install wifi driver but it wants .NET framework. Bluetooth for whatever reason runs on a USB port on these cards. You must run a cable between the card and the motherboard. There must be some reason they do not run it over the pcie slot but most function this way. If you do not run this cable or if there is some kind of defect in the cable the bluetooth will not run. Hello everyone, I just completed my first build yesterday, with an i7-7700K, an ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/AC motherboard, 8GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport memory, and an MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G graphics card. When I first started my computer, all Bluetooth devices paired and functioned normally. However, this morning, my Bluetooth I’m using the included wifi antennas with the MSI b550m pro-vdh wifi board and I have screwed them into the two spots on the motherboard. Im stuck and really annoyed after spending ages building it and jumping through some hoops on the way, as this was my first time building. It might not have the right drivers. Bluetooth randomly stopped wanting to connect to devices. When it did connect to Bluetooth the range was only a few inches and the connection was spotty. I had just removed the "WIFI" antenna a few days earlier as I am hard wired. Never thought this would affect BT. Reinstalling the 2 antennas restored operation instantly. s5NaP7U.
